We are honored to have the esteemed Regional Commissioner of Mbeya, Mr. Beno Malisa, as the Guest of Honour at the grand closing ceremony of our festival.

The vibrant Mpalano Festival 2025 was officially opened on July 6th, 2025 by the District Commissioner of Kyela, Ms. Josephine Manase, marking the beginning of two unforgettable days filled with culture, creativity, and community. From traditional performances to modern showcases, the festival brought together people of all ages to celebrate the rich heritage of our region.

The festivities came to a grand close on July 7th, 2025, with an inspiring closing ceremony led by the Regional Commissioner of Mbeya, Hon. Beno Malisa. The event drew a diverse and enthusiastic crowd, including local residents, dignitaries, artists, and visitors from across the country all united in the spirit of celebration, cultural pride, and togetherness.
